A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! Pretty much sums up what our experience was with Ele Fragrance! We hired them for my daughter's 13th Birthday and I cannot recommend them enough. From the moment they arrived, they were punctual, professional, and polite. Their set up was beautiful, elegant, and professionally organized. They went above and beyond to make our daughter's special day even more special. They exceeded our expectation in every way and I'm so glad we hired them. They've been a pleasure to work with. Eugenie and Erik at Ele Fragrances really were a highlight of our event. If you are interested in having an activity that actually gets your guests involved and engaged in actually finding something they'll enjoy, this would be it. The service was as good as you would want. Communications were prompt and efficient from emails, calls, and in person meetings. They were always welcoming and helpful in the process leading up to, and during our event. While my partner and I had a personal enjoyment of perfumes, we wanted to share this with those around knowing how fun it can be to try different scents. It was such a joy to see a line form as people were eagerly waiting for their turn to try. Ele Fragrances offers a wide selection of interesting products for a very reasonable price. The bottles and aesthetics used are refined. The whole set up they use just fits in great in almost all locations. As you see in other photos posted, you are also able to customize the labels, which adds a touch of making it your own. If you want the most thoughtful, useful, personalized party favor that everyone will love (women and men all ages), then please book ELE Fragrance at your next event! Eugenie is so genuine and easy to communicate with. She listened/understood that weddings are pricey and worked with us to stay within our budget. They have so many variety of fragrances for both men and women. My fiance and I enjoyed our time picking out our fragrances together (3 scents each) with Eugenie as she patiently explained each scent. Our fragrance bottle was custom-made, and Eugenie assisted with adding our names/wedding date on it with our pet bunnies photo. All of our guests RAVED about the party favor, and everyone took theirs home! The bottles can be re-used too if you just rinse it out. Eugenie of course packed fragrance bottles for us to bring home too, and now it's a forever keepsake of our wedding day. I am so glad to have chosen Ele Fragrances as a part of my romantic rococo themed wedding at my dream venue, the Langham Hotel in Pasadena. The process was super smooth and easy. Eugenie & Erik are such a great couple to work with, they are yin & yangs just like my husband and I. It was really fun to meet with Eugenie and smell all of the scents to pick for our big day. I love how we can choose personal scents to share with my guests. I got a lot of compliments from our guests about the fragrances too. I am so glad we chose this over having the usual wedding favors.
